This beautiful curd casserole is perfect for both breakfast and dessert. Due to cottage cheese and nectarines, a gentle and healthy combination is obtained. The casserole is being prepared in the oven. If you didn't find nectarines, then peaches are also suitable for this recipe.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of cottage cheese;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 5 st. tablespoons of semolina, sour cream;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - vanilla sugar.
- For nectarines:
- - 3 nectarines or peaches;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix cottage cheese with vanilla and regular sugar, beat in eggs, stir. Add softened butter, semolina, sour cream, baking powder. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Step 2
Wash nectarines or peaches, remove seeds from fruits, cut into thin slices. Melt sugar in a skillet, add a small amount of butter. When it dissolves, add nectarines to the pan, simmer them for 2-3 minutes over low heat, then remove from the stove, cool completely.
Step 3
Line a baking dish with parchment, put slices of nectarines on the bottom, pour the curd dough on top, put in the oven. Cook the caramelized nectarine quark casserole at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Cooking times may vary - be guided by your oven, check the cookiness of the casserole.
Step 4
Remove the dish from the oven, let the casserole cool slightly, turn it over onto the dish so that the nectarines are on top, top with the caramel sauce that remains after frying the nectarines.
