On the basis of yoghurt, very delicate pies are obtained. Grapes and fresh nectarines add sweetness, brightness and unique aroma to any baked goods. Combine yoghurt, nectarines and grapes in one recipe for an excellent family tea cake.
It is necessary
- - 500 ml of drinking yoghurt (it is possible with a fruit flavor);
- - 200 g of grapes;
- - 120 g of sugar;
- - 100 g semolina;
- - 100 g flour;
- - 50 g of oatmeal;
- - 50 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 4 small nectarines;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tsp baking powder.

Step 1
Pour the yogurt into a deep bowl. Drinking yogurt with a peach flavor is suitable for this cake. Soak oatmeal and semolina in yogurt. Stir, leave to swell for one hour.
Step 2
Add sugar to the swollen flakes and semolina, beat in the eggs, beat everything well, add vegetable oil, without stopping to beat the mass. Then pour the flour mixed with baking powder in small portions.
Step 3
Rinse the grapes, take dark varieties (preferably seedless), add to the yogurt dough, knead the mass thoroughly.
Step 4
Coat the form with oil, put the dough with grapes there. Rinse the nectarines, cut into slices, put on top of the dough, pressing them a little into the dough.
Step 5
Bake yoghurt pie with nectarines and grapes for 35-45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Check the readiness of the pie with a wooden stick - stick it into the dough, if there are wet lumps of dough on it, then the pie is not yet baked to the end. Cool the finished baked goods, serve with tea or with milk. You can also sprinkle with powdered sugar.
