- - 3 handfuls of chopped pistachios;
- - 1 teaspoon of lime juice;
- - a pinch of baking powder.

Step 1
Put butter in a saucepan or saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in milk and add sugar. Heat the mixture over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then remove the dishes from the stove, cool the milk-oil mixture for 10 minutes.

Beat two chicken eggs into the mixture, add the sifted flour and baking powder. Add polenta and yogurt. It is better to take yogurt for this pie without any flavorings. Knead the pie dough out of these ingredients.

While the cake is baking, you can make the caramel. Heat some sugar in a saucepan, pour in lime juice. Stir until smooth for a sweet caramel.

Pour caramel over the finished polenta and pistachio pie on yogurt, serve immediately warm or wait until it cools down.
