Step 1

Warm up the oven to 190 degrees. Transfer all peeled nuts to a blender and grind until very fine.

From both lemons, previously well washed, cut the zest thinly. Squeeze the juice from the pulp of the same fruit and strain it.

Pour most of the granulated sugar into a clean bowl, add soft butter and beat. Add all raw chicken eggs (gradually) to the oil mixture, then add half a portion of grated zest, vanilla seeds from the pod, add sifted flour, and chopped nuts. Beat well with a blender.
