Step 1

Make almond flour. To do this, first of all, peel the nuts from the skins: pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes, and then rinse and remove the skins. If not all nuts can be peeled the first time, repeat the procedure. Then dry the peeled kernels in the oven and grind them in a coffee grinder. If you have ready-made almond flour, you can omit this item.

Step 3

Wash the fruit, cut it in half and remove the pit, grabbing some pulp so that there is enough space in the middle of the peaches for the cream and it does not run out. The peaches should be medium ripe to soften in the oven, but don't go for those that are completely woody!
