It is necessary

  • For biscuit:
  • - premium flour - 1 glass (130 g);
  • - sugar - 1 horse (180 g);
  • - chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • - mixer;
  • - baking dish.
  • For the cream:
  • - cream with a fat content of 33% - 200 ml;
  • - whole condensed milk with sugar - 0.5 standard cans;
  • - friable biscuits (for example, "Jubilee") - several pieces, at will.
  • For impregnation:
  • - canned peaches - 1 can;
  • - peach syrup - 50 ml.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to bake a biscuit. To do this, in a clean and completely dry bowl, beat the eggs with sugar into a thick, fluffy foam using a mixer at high speed.

Step 2

After that, start adding flour to the resulting mass in parts and mix it with a spoon. It is not recommended to use a mixer at this stage, so as not to knock down the airiness of the dough. When there are no flour lumps left, you can start baking a biscuit.

Step 3

Grease a baking dish with any oil and gently pour the dough, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. Send the form to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes. We check the readiness of the biscuit with a match or a toothpick: stick it in the middle, if it's dry, the product can be removed.

Step 4

When the biscuit is ready, set it aside for a while, cover it with a tea towel. In the meantime, let's prepare the cake cream. Whisk the cream from the refrigerator until peaks persist. Without stopping whisking, pour in the condensed milk in a thin stream. Stir the cream until smooth and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 5

When the biscuit is cooled, cut it with a wide knife into 3 equal cakes. Open a jar of peaches and cut them into thin slices, and remove the chilled cream from the refrigerator.

Step 6

Now is the time to shape the cake. Place the bottom crust on a large plate and brush it with cream. Lay the peaches in one row on top. Cover with a second crust, soak in peach syrup, add cream and peaches. Lastly, add the third crust, which is also soaked in syrup. Spread the remaining cream on the top and sides. If desired, sprinkle the cake with chopped cookies in a mortar. Finally, garnish it with peach wedges and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. After that, the treat can be cut and served.
