The very delicate taste of this peach cake is not the only advantage of the dessert. The cream cake does not need to be baked in the oven, so it will not take you long to prepare it. You can decorate the treat of your choice; whipped cream is best suited for this purpose.
It is necessary
- - 800 ml of milk;
- - 300 g of sugar;
- - 200 g of berries or fruits (for example, canned peaches);
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - 8 eggs;
- - 3 bags of gelatin (total 30 g);
- - 2 bags of vanilla sugar.
- For registration:
- - 150 ml of milk;
- - 1 bag of whipped cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the milk to a boil, pour half the sugar into it. Separate the yolks from the whites, beat the yolks thoroughly and slowly add to the milk. Heat the mixture until it thickens, stirring continuously without letting it boil. Add gelatin, stir, cool.
Step 2
Whisk the sour cream with the remaining half of the sugar, combine with the milk and egg cream. Let it harden slightly.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites until soft peaks together with vanilla sugar, add to the cream in two steps, stirring thoroughly after each.
Step 4
Remove the peaches from the syrup, cut into slices. Other fruits can be used, although peaches pair very well with this delicate cream.
Step 5
Put the cream in a mold, put the fruits on top, you can press them a little into the cream. Put it in the refrigerator, the cake should harden.
Step 6
Prepare the whipped cream according to the instructions (they are usually whipped with milk), and garnish the ready-made peach cream cake with them.
