In order to prepare the Peaches cake, you will need: 650 g of wheat flour, 3 chicken eggs, 200 g of granulated sugar, 80 g of butter, 150 ml of boiled condensed milk, 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, 15 g of vanilla sugar, 50 ml of carrot juice, 50 ml of beetroot juice.

Cooking a delicious cake

First, prepare vegetable juices, because the appearance of your cakes depends on them. Of course, you can buy food coloring, but why use chemistry when nature itself gave us such bright colors. Take carrots and beets and squeeze them out through a juicer. If there is no such device in your kitchen, do not be discouraged. Grate vegetables on a fine grater, wrap in cheesecloth and squeeze the juice into separate containers.

Now you can start making the dough. Beat eggs with granulated sugar and vanilla sugar into a fluffy mass, then add softened butter, sour cream and beat again. Gradually start adding flour and baking powder, knead the dough.

From the total amount of dough, take half a tablespoon and form the halves for the peaches. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly press down to form hemispheres. Bake the bases for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.

Cool the finished cookies to room temperature, and then remove the middle with a teaspoon. It is very important that the cookies are cool, otherwise they may fall apart.

Now you can fill the halves with boiled condensed milk and fasten them into whole peaches. You can also place almonds in the center of the filling, although this is not required. Next, very carefully color your "fruits", one side in beet juice and the other in carrot juice. For convenience, you can use brushes or paper napkins. Dip the colored peaches in granulated sugar and set aside to dry.
