It is necessary

- - 70 g brown sugar;
- - 1 beet.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift the flour and remove the margarine from the refrigerator until it is at room temperature. Beat eggs with a mixer, add sugar and vanillin. Add margarine, sour cream, baking powder and ½ flour. Whisk again at low speed. The resulting consistency should be soft. Add ½ more flour and knead the shortbread dough with your hands.
Step 2
Divide the resulting dough into equal 24 balls and form them into halves of a ball.
Spread the pastry paper on a sheet and carefully move the halves onto it. The cake should be baked for 15 minutes at 190 degrees. Cool the finished cookies and remove the core with a teaspoon.
Step 3
Prepare a cream - add chopped walnuts to ½ part of boiled condensed milk. Fill the halves with condensed milk with nuts. Lubricate the edges with the remaining nut-free condensed milk, glue two halves together and let them stand and glue properly.
Step 4
Squeeze carrot and beetroot juice on a juicer. Now take one finished peach and dip it in the carrot juice. After the excess juice has drained from the peach, dip the rim in the beet juice and immediately sprinkle the peach with sugar.
