Pear is a very tender, tasty and juicy fruit. That is why all dishes with it turn out to be incomparable. I suggest you bake a pear pie with almonds.
It is necessary
- - puff pastry - 800 g;
- - pears - 6 pcs.
- Syrup:
- - sugar - 50 g;
- - cinnamon - 1 stick;
- - star anise stars - 2 pcs;
- - water - 100 ml;
- - lemon juice - 3 tablespoons.
- Fill:
- - butter - 75 g;
- - icing sugar - 75 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - almonds - 75 g;
- - flour - 1 tablespoon;
- - Amaretto liqueur - 2 teaspoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the puff pastry on a work surface and roll it out so that it fits into a baking dish with an overlap of about 5 centimeters. Carefully cut off the remnants with a knife and make a braid out of them.
Step 2
In order to prepare the syrup for the future pear pie, combine the following ingredients in a free saucepan: granulated sugar, a cinnamon stick, water, lemon juice and star anise stars. Put the mass on the stove over low heat. When it boils, heat up to high. Cook for 10 minutes. Cool it down.
Step 3
Rinse the pears thoroughly, then chop them into thin slices. Pour the resulting syrup over them. While the fruits are in this mixture, shake them. This way they are better saturated.
Step 4
Grind the almonds with a blender, then combine them with a beaten mass of powdered sugar and butter, as well as flour, vanilla sugar, egg and liqueur. Mix everything thoroughly. Thus, you have got a pie filling, which in its consistency resembles thick sour cream.
Step 5
Put the resulting nut filling, evenly distributing it over the entire surface, in a baking dish. Then place the chopped pears soaked in syrup and a pigtail of dough on it.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees and send the dish into it for about 35-40 minutes. Cool the finished baked goods, remove from the mold and garnish with powdered sugar. Pear pie with almonds is ready!
