Juicy, tender, fragrant pear pie is a great occasion to gather a family over a cup of tea. Instead of pears, you can use any other fruit - for example, apples, peaches. But in our family, it was the version with pears that took root.

Ingredients:

  • Pears - 4-5 pcs;
  • Flour - 1 glass;
  • Cornstarch - ½ cup;
  • Sugar - ½ cup;
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
  • Milk - ½ cup;
  • Coconut oil - 1/3 cup
  • Baking powder for the dough;
  • Zest of 1 lemon.

Preparation:

  1. Break the eggs into a container and beat with a blender until foamy, add sugar and beat again. For whipping, you can use a whisk or blender, whichever is more convenient.
  2. Pour coconut oil into the milk and slowly pour into the eggs, stirring with a whisk. You can use regular sunflower oil, but with coconut it turns out to be softer, in addition, it is much healthier.
  3. Sift flour, cornstarch and baking powder with a sieve into the egg mixture. Stir everything until smooth and the consistency of liquid sour cream.
  4. On a grater, grate the zest of one lemon and mix gently into the dough. This ingredient can be used optionally. If you do not like the citrus taste or are allergic to citrus, then you can do without the zest.
  5. Grease a frying pan with high sides with a drop of oil and lightly sprinkle with flour. If a silicone mold is used, there is no need to lubricate with oil.
  6. Wash 4-5 large pears, cut them into large enough pieces and distribute over a prepared frying pan.
  7. Pour the finished dough evenly over the pears, you can shake the pan slightly so that the dough is better distributed between the fruits.
  8. Put the pan in an oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. You can check the readiness of the pie with a toothpick or a wooden skewer - pierce the dough in the middle, if it does not stick to the wood, then the pie is ready.
