It is necessary

  • - 270 g flour;
  • - 135 g of butter;
  • - 4 bags of vanilla sugar;
  • - 115 g of sugar;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 4 sweet and sour apples;
  • - 400 g of natural yogurt;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 5 tbsp. almond petals;
  • - bread crumbs.

Instructions

Step 1

The oil must be cooled before cooking: place it in the freezer for half an hour.

Step 2

Chop the cooled butter into small pieces with a knife. Add flour and chop everything into small crumbs, and then add 8 tsp. sugar, 1 bag of vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and a little (2 tablespoons) ice water and knead a dough that can be rolled into a ball.

Step 3

Prepare a split baking dish with a diameter of 26-27 cm: brush it with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Roll out the shortcrust pastry into a layer, use a rolling pin to transfer it into a mold and form sides with a height of at least 3 cm. Cut off the excess, prick the dough with a fork and put it in the freezer for half an hour.

Step 4

Put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Core the apples and cut into thin slices.

Step 5

Beat 2 eggs with a mixer with the addition of yogurt and vanilla sugar. Spiral overlapping apples on the base, cover with yoghurt mixture and sprinkle with a mixture of almond petals and remaining sugar. Place in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
