A sweet zucchini pie with apples can be called tasty and healthy, although it contains a lot of calories. But despite the calorie content, every sweet tooth will like it.

It is necessary

  • -one large apple,
  • -one zucchini,
  • -white wheat flour - 150 grams,
  • - vegetable oil - 100 ml,
  • - sugar - 80 grams,
  • - two eggs at room temperature,
  • -boiled condensed milk - 2 tablespoons,
  • - baking powder - 1.5 teaspoon,
  • - cinnamon - half a teaspoon,
  • - nutmeg - 0.25 teaspoon,
  • -a small handful of any nuts.

Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix two eggs, 80 grams of sugar (the cake will be tastier if you use cane sugar), 0.25 teaspoon of nutmeg and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Beat until fluffy.

While whipping, pour in 100 ml of vegetable or olive (optional) oil in a thin stream. You will get a sweet lush mass that resembles mayonnaise in density. We pour baking powder and flour into the resulting mass.

Step 2

My zucchini, finely three. Add the grated zucchini to the dough and mix gently until smooth.

We will have a dough that resembles a muffin dough.

We put parchment paper in a round baking dish (any form can be used, but in a round oven it is more convenient and more familiar) pie. We distribute boiled condensed milk along the bottom. Sprinkle condensed milk with nuts.

Step 4

Wash the apple and peel it, remove the seeds (if there is no large apple, then you can take two medium sizes). Cut the apple into slices, about 4 mm thick and place them on the nuts.

Pour the dough onto the apple slices and put the cake pan in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. We bake the cake for about an hour. We check the cake with a wooden stick.

Serve the finished cake warm along with tea. Enjoy your meal.
