Condensed milk has been and remains one of the most favorite delicacies of many sweet tooths. The dish "Sweet omelet with caramelized apples" is much more interesting and tasty than just condensed milk with bread. Sweet omelets are prepared in many cuisines around the world. Berries and fruits are often added to them.
It is necessary
- - 100 ml of condensed milk;
- - two eggs;
- - 50 g cream;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 110 g butter;
- - one apple.
Instructions
Step 1
Take two chicken eggs, break into a separate bowl, mix thoroughly with a whisk to get a homogeneous mass. Add condensed milk instead of milk and sugar. For two eggs, 50-70 ml will be enough, the omelet will become sweet, with a rich creamy taste. Add cream to a bowl and mix well again.
Step 2
Add butter to a preheated pan. Once melted, add the omelet mixture. Remove the finished omelet from the stove and let cool slightly.
Step 3
Peel the apple, core and cut into thin slices. It is in this form that apple plates are better caramelized.
Step 4
Add 100 grams of butter to a separate frying pan, melt over low heat, add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and mix thoroughly. Once the sugar has melted, place the apple slices in the pan. As soon as the apples turn golden, remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool.
Step 5
Put the cooled omelet on a cling film, put apples on top and pour with condensed milk. Wrap the omelet in a roll and after a while carefully remove the film.
