Lavash rolls with salmon

Ingredients:

- 2 sheets of thin pita bread;

- 200 g of lightly salted salmon;

- 400 g of curd cheese;

- 40 g of dill.

Cut the salmon into thin slices. Spread a sheet of pita bread and spread generously with half of the cheese. Sprinkle the chopped dill evenly over the white layer. Cover it with a second flatbread, brush with the remaining curd paste and spread the fish slices on top. Roll the entire structure into a tight roll along the short side, wrap with cling film and refrigerate for at least half an hour. Expand the "sausage" and cut it into rolls 2.5-3 cm thick.

Lavash salad with chicken

Ingredients:

- 1 sheet of pita bread;

- 300 g smoked chicken breast;

- 1 large carrot;

- 20 g each green onion and dill;

- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;

- 70 g of mayonnaise and natural yogurt;

- salt;

- vegetable oil.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until soft. Transfer it to a bowl and cool. Roll the pita bread and chop. Remove the skin from the chicken breast and divide it into fibers with your fingers. Chop the dill and green onions finely. Combine all prepared foods in a deep salad bowl, season with a mixture of yogurt and mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste.

Mexican pita bread: crispy chips with guacamole

Ingredients:

- 2 sheets of pita bread;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 20 g of dill;

- 25 ml of vegetable oil;

For guacamole:

- 1 very ripe avocado;

- 1 large sweet tomato;

- 1 purple onion;

- half a lemon;

- 50 ml of olive oil;

- salt.

Peel the avocado, separate the flesh from the pit, chop randomly and drizzle with lemon juice. Add tomato and onion cubes there. Stir everything and mash with a puree press. Pour olive oil over the guacamole and season with salt.

Grind garlic, dill in a mortar and stir with vegetable oil. Take a cooking brush and use it to coat the triangle-cut pita bread with the mixture. Oven dry the chips until crisp, cool and serve with avocado sauce.

Lavash envelopes with cheese and garlic

Ingredients:

- 1-1, 5 rectangular sheets of lavash;

- 2 processed cheese (200 g);

- 2 chicken eggs;

- 3-4 cloves of garlic;

- 30 g of parsley;

- 50 g butter.

Cut the processed cheeses into transverse sticks. Chop the parsley leaves. Prepare 10x10 cm squares of pita bread. Place a piece of cheese in their centers, add a little grated garlic and herbs. Make envelopes, dip in beaten eggs and sauté in butter until golden brown.
