The Fairy Tale cake lives up to its name. On any table, such a delicacy looks just fabulous. And what a unique taste the dessert has - soft cakes soaked in red wine, sweet cream with the addition of condensed milk and berries and nuts as decoration.

It is necessary

  • - 300 g butter;
  • - 250 ml of red wine;
  • - 250 g sour cream;
  • - 2 glasses of sugar;
  • - 1, 5 glasses of flour;
  • - can of condensed milk;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 4 tbsp. a spoonful of cocoa;
  • - 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
  • - nuts, jam or fresh berries;
  • - vinegar.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat sugar with eggs, pour in half a can of condensed milk, without stopping whipping. Add sour cream, add cocoa powder (leave 1 spoonful for making cream), pour soda quenched with vinegar into the dough, stir. Add flour - the dough should not be too thick.

Step 2

Prepare a cake pan - cover it with parchment, brush with butter, sprinkle with flour, pour out the dough. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes. The recommended temperature is 180 degrees.

Step 3

Heat red wine over low heat along with sugar. Whisk the softened butter with a spoonful of cocoa powder, the rest of the condensed milk.

Step 4

Cool the cake, cut into three parts, soak each part with wine and sugar. Lubricate generously with cream, connect the cakes.

Step 5

Decorate the top of the cake with berries and nuts. Remove the dessert for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator - during this time the cake "Fairy Tale" with wine and condensed milk will soak and become even tastier.
