"Fairy Tale" is a salad with an amazing taste. It consists of very “heavy” ingredients, but in reality it turns out to be light. If, of course, you take into account all the little things that are the secret of the amazing lightness of this salad.
Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 300 g
Champignons - 200 g
Carrots - 1 pc.
Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
Green onion - 2 lane
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 30 ml. (use when frying)
Mayonnaise - 150 ml
The first step is to boil the carrots. Cooking should take place in salt water. Along the way, you can cook fillets in boiling water and eggs. It is necessary to boil hard-boiled eggs. It is very important to find a balance and not make a mistake, because eggs are one of the main ingredients of the Skazka salad.
When the carrots, fillets and eggs are ready, you need to tinker a little with them. The chicken fillet should be sliced very, very thinly. Peeled carrots are best grated on a coarse grater. With eggs, things are a little more complicated. Three whites and one yolk must be passed through a coarse grater in the same way as carrots. The remaining two yolks are set aside until the top layer is cooked.
So far, we're done with eggs, carrots and chicken. It's time to start mushrooms. In order for the mushrooms to acquire the right taste, they need to be fried with onions, previously chopped very, very finely. The main thing is to cut so that the onion does not lose all its juice, otherwise the whole salad will go down the drain. Mushrooms must be salted.
Now that all the ingredients have been brought to mind, it's time to start laying out the salad. The salad consists of several layers. The first layer is a mixture of finely chopped fillet with grated carrots and mushrooms fried with onions. Each layer must be coated with mayonnaise on top. The second layer is a blank of eggs (three whites and one yolk, passed through a coarse grater).
After the second layer is smeared with mayonnaise, it is necessary to put green onions on top and cover it with the two remaining yolks, after passing them through a fine grater.
