Do you like pizza? Which one? There are many options, but have you tried sweet pizza? Try this recipe, which is very simple and delicious.
It is necessary

- 100 ml of warm milk
- 5 grams of dry yeast,
- one egg,
- 25 grams of vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 5 grams of vanilla sugar
- 250 grams of premium flour.
- For filling.
- 150 grams of any berries,
- one fresh apple,
- 4 tablespoons of any jam
- 3 tablespoons of coconut flakes
- 150 grams of mozzarella cheese or unleavened feta cheese,
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- sweet tea for lubrication,
- powdered sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
How to cook.
Pour dry yeast into warm milk along with two types of sugar and two tablespoons of flour. Mix well, then cover with a sachet or ordinary cling film. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put it in the heat for about half an hour.
Step 2
Beat one egg with a fork and add it to the dough with about two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add flour (it is better to sift flour) in small portions and knead a rather soft dough that will not stick to your hands. Cover the bowl with the dough with foil and leave for half an hour in a warm place.
Step 3
We roll out our dough into a layer about half a centimeter thick, form the sides.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, sprinkle with flour and transfer the dough to it. Lubricate with jam.
Step 4
We wash my apple, preferably a green one, rub it on a coarse grater, squeeze the juice with mashed potatoes and transfer the pulp to jam, sprinkle with coconut. Put the berries on top, sprinkle with sugar and grated cheese. Grease the sides of the dough with sweet tea.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the pizza for about 15 minutes. Cool the finished pizza and sprinkle with powder.
