It is necessary

  • - 2 pcs. chicken breast;
  • - 1 PC. bulb onions;
  • - 1 can of pickled mushrooms;
  • - 3 pcs. carrots;
  • - 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of cream (22%);
  • - 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - juice of 1 lemon;
  • - 150 g of hard cheese;
  • - spices for meat (salt, black pepper, nutmeg);

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the marinade: squeeze the lemon juice, add salt, pepper, nutmeg.

Marinate the meat: cut into thin strips, put in a deep plate, pour over the marinade, mix, crush well and set aside.

Step 2

Boil carrots and grate on a coarse grater.

Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.

Spread the onion in vegetable oil, add the mushrooms, fry a little more, then add the cream, mix well and simmer a little.

Step 3

Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil, lay the strips of meat on the sides and on the bottom.

Sprinkle with grated cheese, then add the cooled mushrooms.

Then spread out the carrots, and on top spread the pieces of the remaining meat in a spiral.

Step 4

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 30 minutes. When the pie has produced a lot of juice, it must be drained after 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese at the joints of the pieces of meat.
