Instructions

Step 1

Cut one lemon into 2 pieces and squeeze the juice out of it using a citrus juicer or by hand. Add black pepper and salt to it in a cup. Add a pinch of nutmeg if desired. Stir the mixture, then put the chicken meat in it. Leave it in this marinade for a while.

Rinse the carrots thoroughly, then place them in a saucepan with water and boil until cooked. Then peel off the skin.
