This cake will take a minimum of time and ingredients. Treat yourself and your loved ones with incredibly tasty and quick baking, which includes the following products:

  • three hundred grams of sugar cookies,
  • can of condensed milk,
  • three chicken egg yolks,
  • half a lemon
  • eighty grams of butter.

Crumble the cookies, but don't turn them into flour. Chop the butter from the refrigerator finely and mix with the cookie crumbs. Place the prepared mass in a baking dish, preferably round. Smooth out the pie, shape the sides for the subsequent laying of the filling. Put in an oven heated to one hundred and eighty degrees for fifteen minutes.

In the meantime, let's start preparing the filling. To do this, beat the egg yolks, after a while add condensed milk there and continue beating. At the very end, pour in the lemon juice.

Remove the pie from the oven, place the filling on top of it, and return to the oven for about ten minutes.

A simple cake is ready for tea. Serve chilled slightly. If desired, decorate it with fresh berries (raspberries, strawberries, strawberries, currants), thereby making it even tastier and more beautiful.
