  • - Granulated sugar - 120 g;
  • - Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • - Creamy margarine - 1 package (200 g);
  • - Baking dough - 1 sachet;
  • - Vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • - Apples - 4 pcs.;
  • - Powdered sugar - 50 g (optional);
  • - Parchment paper.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel apples and seeds. Cut them into small cubes. Cut off a small piece of butter margarine, leaving it for lubrication, and melt the rest in the microwave, saucepan, or water bath.

Step 2

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar into a large bowl and beat to form an airy mass. You can do this with a mixer. Then add melted margarine and stir.

Step 3

Mix the baking powder and vanillin with flour and add in small portions to the egg-sugar mass. At this stage, it is advisable to use a spoon or spatula.

Step 4

When all the flour lumps are dissolved, add the sliced apples to the dough and stir. Turn on the oven, setting the temperature to 200 degrees. While it is heating, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with the remaining piece of margarine.

Step 5

Take a tablespoon, pour the dough into it and place a serving on a baking sheet. Distribute the entire mass in the same way. The main thing is that our future buns are not too close to each other, because in the oven they will increase in size.

Step 6

Send the filled baking sheet into the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown on the buns. Then remove the items and transfer them to a large platter. If desired, you can sprinkle each bun with powdered sugar when they have cooled slightly.
