Yeast baked goods - the most wintery, the most homemade! Bring your home to life by making these wonderful apple and cinnamon rolls!
It is necessary
- For 12 buns "per bite":
- - 400 g flour;
- - 200 ml of baked milk;
- - 1 tsp dry active yeast;
- - 2 tsp sugar + 4 tablespoons;
- - 2/3 tsp salt;
- - 2 tbsp. butter;
- - 2 medium sized apples;
- - 2 tsp cinnamon;
- - 4 tablespoons vanilla sugar.
- Fatty sour cream or yolk for greasing the roll.
Instructions
Step 1
Let's prepare a yeast dough: for this, the milk must be slightly warmed up and dry active yeast and 2 tsp. Sahara. Leave to rise for about 15 minutes in a warm place.
Step 2
After a quarter of an hour, add flour to the dough that has come - do not forget to sift so that the products are as airy and tender as possible! - melted and then cooled butter and salt. Knead the dough and leave to rise in a warm, draft-free place for a couple of hours. It should approximately double in size.
Step 3
While the dough is coming up, you can do the filling. Wash the apples, peel, core and cut into medium cubes. Mix them with cinnamon, 4 tablespoons of regular sugar and 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar.
Step 4
Roll out the matched dough into a rectangle. Spread the apple filling on it in an even layer and gently roll everything into a roll.
Step 5
Grease the surface of the roll with fat sour cream or egg yolk. Cut the workpiece into "wheels" about 2 cm thick.
Step 6
Prepare a baking dish by greasing it with melted butter and lightly dusting it with flour. Put the blanks-"wheels" in it and leave to come up in a warm place for about 20 minutes more. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Step 7
Send the form with the matching blanks to the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. If you wish, you can sprinkle some more sugar on top of the buns for a caramel crust (I prefer cane).
Step 8
Serving these scones immediately while they are still hot is best served.
