Simply, quickly and very tasty, you can fry chicken in a pan. If you have a whole carcass, cut it into portions. But chicken drumsticks are ideal for this dish. Place the portions in a deep frying pan with a little water. While cooking, wait until the water in the pan has almost completely evaporated. Then add vegetable oil, sprinkle the pieces of meat with herbs and seasonings, fry until tender. The cooking time depends on the size of the portions.
