Step 1
Rinse the pork loin and pat dry. Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, onion powder, Worcester sauce, garlic sauce, pepper in a bag. Close, shake to mix well. Put the pork loin in a bag, squeeze out the air, remove to marinate for six to eight hours.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the pork, pour the marinade on top.
