In this salad, all the riot of colors and flavors came together!
It is necessary
- Beets - 6 small pieces;
- Garlic - 2 cloves;
- Orange - 1 piece;
- Olives - 100 g;
- Greens - to taste (great with mint);
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons;
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons;
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Sesame seeds for serving - optional.
Instructions
Step 1
In preheated to 180 degrees, bake beets with garlic for an hour. It is not necessary to peel: it is much easier to remove the skin from ready-made vegetables! Cool it down.
Step 2
Cut the beets into slices. Squeeze the garlic and knead it with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. We clean the orange from the skin and films, cut into small pieces. Cut olives into rings. We mix everything, cover with foil and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 - 3 hours (or overnight).
Step 3
Before serving, decorate with fresh mint leaves and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon Appetit!
