It is necessary

  • - flour - 4 glasses
  • - water (boiling water) - 250 ml
  • - water (cold) - 150 ml
  • - vegetable oil - 125 ml
  • - sugar - 0.5 - 1 glass
  • - flax seeds - 3 tbsp.
  • - prunes - 10 pcs.
  • - vanillin - on the tip of a tsp
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp
  • - dry yeast - 4 tsp
  • - flour (optional) - 1 glass
  • - icing sugar - 50 g
  • - water (warm) - 10 ml
  • - flax seeds - for decoration

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, before starting the preparation of Easter cake, prepare flax seeds, which will serve as chicken eggs. To do this, the whole seeds must be ground in a coffee grinder and filled with cold water.

Step 2

Mix hot water with vegetable oil. Choose unrefined sunflower or corn oil, with aroma and do not be afraid, it will not spoil the taste of the finished product.

Add regular beet sugar and salt, preferably sea salt, to this mixture.

Now whisk the soaked flax seeds with a blender without draining. And add the resulting mass to the oil mixture. Put the washed and cut prunes in small pieces here.

Step 3

Separately mix premium wheat flour with dry instant baking yeast and vanilla. And pour this dry mixture carefully into the liquid mixture prepared earlier.

Knead the dough, which is slightly thicker than for the pancakes. Leave the dough in a warm place, covered with a cloth, cling film or lid.

Step 4

After 1 hour, when the dough has increased in volume by about 3 times, place it on a floured table. Grease your hands with butter and divide the dough into several pieces. This amount of dough is enough for 6 - 7 molds with a volume of 300 ml. Grease the molds with oil and fill the dough to about half the volume. Cover the dough forms with a cloth and leave in a warm place for 15 to 30 minutes. When the dough rises, place in a hot oven and bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

Step 5

Remove hot cakes from the molds. In this case, the surface of the products will be very soft, but after complete cooling, the dough will become denser. Gently turning the cake over, dip the top in the icing, place on a dish and sprinkle with whole flax seeds.
