These original cookies are made without eggs or milk, but the dough is tasty and crumbly. As a filling, you can use any nuts or finely chopped dried fruits.

You will need:

- 200 g of butter;

- 0.5 tsp of slaked soda;

- 4 glasses of wheat flour;

Mash softened butter with sugar, add sour cream and soda, slaked with vinegar or lemon juice. Gradually add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Collect it in a ball, wrap with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Rinse and dry the raisins. Fry the peeled walnuts in a pan or dry in the oven, then chop coarsely with a knife. Roll the chilled dough into a circle on a floured board. Use a sharp knife to cut the circle into segments. Put raisins and nuts on the wide side of each cone segment, roll the blank into a neat tube and put it on a greased sheet. You will need:

Moisten the baking sheets with water, spread the cakes on them and bake in the oven preheated to 240 ° C. Each cake will take no more than 6-7 minutes to bake. Put the finished products on a board, cool and grease with jam. Place the cakes on top of each other and let the cake soak. Serve by cutting it into small, even pieces. The surface of the product can be sprinkled with candied fruits or sugar beads.
