Step 1

Chop the onion at random. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a saucepan, put onions. Close the lid and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes over low heat. As a result, the onion should be transparent and soft.

Grind salted and fresh mushrooms through a meat grinder. Place in a skillet, pouring vegetable oil to the bottom. Fry the mushroom mass over high heat, stirring constantly, until the liquid has completely evaporated. Try salt if necessary. Next, remove the pan from heat.
