Mix flour and baking powder. Then it is necessary to sift the mixture, otherwise the structure of the cake will be heterogeneous.

Add sour cream and butter to the yolks, having previously melted it. Stir gently until smooth and add whipped egg whites. The resulting mass must be divided into 2 parts.
