Mix flour and baking powder. Then it is necessary to sift the mixture, otherwise the structure of the cake will be heterogeneous.

Add sour cream and butter to the yolks, having previously melted it. Stir gently until smooth and add whipped egg whites. The resulting mass must be divided into 2 parts.

Grate chocolate and add to one half of the mass. You can also add cocoa or chocolate balls from breakfast cereals.

Grease a cake pan with vegetable oil. Put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
