This salad carries the Italian spirit, refined taste and excellent aroma. Refreshing basil, aromatic salami, crunchy croutons and salty feta cheese give the salad an unforgettable taste and interesting texture.
Ingredients:
- Baton - 5 slices
- Salami - 100 g
- Cheese - 300 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Parsley - 20 g
- Basil - 20 g
- Lemon juice - 3 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the crust off the loaf slices. Break the remaining bread pulp into small pieces with your hands. It is not recommended to use a knife.
- Melt the butter. Pour it over the prepared bread. Mix thoroughly.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Place on top of it the bread slices, rolled in butter. Place in a preheated oven. Bake until the bread is lightly browned and crispy.
- Use a blender to combine the basil leaves, parsley, vinegar, oil, pepper and salt. Whisk until smooth. Add a little more oil if the sauce tastes sour upon tasting.
- Cut the salami into very thin slices. If necessary, you can cut them in half or in quarters.
- Cut the cheese into small cubes. Spread the cheese over a large, flat platter. Pour the resulting green sauce over it so that it covers each piece of feta cheese.
- Spread the salami randomly on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle croutons on top of the resulting dish. You can garnish with a sprig of fresh basil.
Serve the dish immediately after assembly.
