Uzi is an Arabic dish. It is a combination of rice and lamb, wrapped in filo dough. It turns out very unusual, tasty, satisfying. Everyone will like it.

- - 2 cups rice
- - 1 glass of green peas
- - 150 g lamb
- - 150 g minced lamb
- - 200 g of mushrooms
- - 1/2 tsp. carnation
- - salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
First, soak the rice in hot and slightly salted water for about 1-1.5 hours.
Step 2
Finely chop the meat and mushrooms. Fry the meat in vegetable oil, add mushrooms and cloves. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Add green peas, washed rice and salt to taste. Fill everything with water so that the mass is covered. Bring to a boil, stir well, cover and put on low heat for about 45-50 minutes, do not open the lid during cooking. Remove from heat, mix gently and well and set to cool.
Step 4
Cut the pistachios into halves and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Put the minced meat in the pan where the pistachios were fried, season it with 1/4 tsp. cloves and salt to taste. Fry and mix the minced meat with pistachios well.
Step 6
Cut the filo dough into squares and place in a bowl. Put 1 tablespoon on the bottom. minced meat with pistachios, then rice and wrap everything in an envelope.
Step 7
Turn over and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 8
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with yoghurt and vegetable salad.
