Banana cake "Star" turns out to be incredibly tender, tasty and amazing. Banana contains nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Despite being high in calories, banana is a favorite fruit for many people.

- - 100 g of chocolate
- - 5 tbsp. l. chocolate chips
- - 500 ml cream
- - 4 bananas
- - 10 g butter
- - 4 g gelatin
- - 1 tsp. baking powder
- - 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- - 75 g flour
- - 75 g starch
- - 8 g vanilla sugar
- - 4 eggs
- - 200 g granulated sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Make a biscuit. Separate the yolks from the whites first. Whisk the yolks with 175 g granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, 1/2 tsp. lemon peel. Whisk in the whites and combine with the yolk mixture.
Step 2
Combine the starch, flour, and baking powder. Combine with a protein-yolk mixture and mix everything well. Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, grease it with butter, pour the dough into the baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the biscuit and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Remove the biscuit, cool it and cut it in half horizontally.
Step 3
Prepare the cream. Soak gelatin in water. Wash and peel the banana, mash it with a fork and mix with 2 tbsp. granulated sugar. Whisk in the cream, add the mashed banana and 5 tbsp. chocolate chips. Add gelatin to cream and stir well.
Step 4
Melt 60 g of chocolate. Chop and dip the bananas in the chocolate. Place the first crust on a platter and arrange the bananas in a circle. Saturate with cream and cover with a second crust. Place the cake in a cool place for 2-4 hours.
Step 5
Melt the chocolate in a pastry bag using the microwave. Cut off the corners and apply chocolate strokes all over the surface.
