For the New Year's table, a salad decorated like a cockerel or a chicken is perfect. For the manufacture of jewelry, finely chopped white or the yolk of a boiled egg, multi-colored bell peppers for the beak, scallop and tail, and greens are used.

- • Boiled meat (chicken, beef) - 400 gr.
- • Cheese - 200 gr.
- • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.

- • Black pepper (ground) - on the tip of a knife

- • Bell pepper for decoration - 1 pc.
- • Greens (dill, parsley, lettuce)
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the boiled meat into cubes or small cubes. Peel vegetables and herbs. Rinse the mushrooms and chop with a knife. Finely chop the peeled onion and send it along with the mushrooms to a skillet for frying until the onion is golden brown. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Boil chicken eggs for at least 10 minutes. Peel 2 eggs and chop finely. Cut half of one egg into round slices, chop the rest on a grater. This can be used to decorate a salad.
Step 3
We collect the salad. Combine chicken, mushrooms with onions, cheese, boiled eggs and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add salt. Ground pepper and mix. Put lettuce leaves or other greens on the dish, form a cockerel figurine from the resulting mixture.
Step 4
Decorate with boiled small-crushed eggs. The beak and scallop must be cut from the red bell pepper. Lay out a beautiful rooster tail from yellow and green peppers.
