Chinese cuisine is a variety of original and extraordinary dishes from the most familiar products. You don't have to order or buy some super expensive and rare ingredients in stores. Most of the products for cooking Chinese dishes have already become familiar and commonplace. It is not necessary to look for bamboo sprouts and other exotics on the tables. There are classic recipes, time-tested and tastes of many Chinese food lovers. There are dishes in Chinese cuisine that are fully adapted to Slavic cuisine and have completely taken root on domestic tables. And Chinese pork is one of them.

Pork is one of the most popular meats in Chinese cuisine. It is added to all kinds of salads and hot appetizers, and the main course of pork is not uncommon for the Chinese.

In order for Chinese pork to be tasty and original, you need to choose the right recipe and really evaluate your strengths. You should not undertake the most complicated modification of this dish, the recipe of which includes more than a dozen ingredients. Indeed, in Chinese, as in any other cuisine, every housewife, every cook has their own secrets of rich taste and divine aroma. Choose simple recipes that appeal to your ingredients.

Recipe for delicate sweet and sour pork in Chinese:

- Pork, diced 1.5 cm - 1 kg (no fat);

- onions, carrots, pineapple, bell peppers - 1 pc each (small pineapple, about 300 g);

- potato starch - 3 tablespoons;

- tomato paste - 1 tablespoon;

- garlic without cores - 3 teeth;

- brown sugar - 125 g;

- vegetable oil - for frying, about 1 tablespoon;

- vinegar (rice is ideal, but you can take the most common one) - 1 tbsp.;

- soy sauce - 1 tsp

A wok is the best choice for preparing Chinese food. It is in it that all the ingredients will be fried very quickly and correctly. If you do not have a wok, you can take a regular very deep frying pan, preferably made of cast iron.

To cook Chinese pork, mix starch, 1 tbsp. l. pineapple juice, vinegar, tomato paste, sugar. Pieces of pork are dipped in this dough and fried in oil heated to smoke. The oil should be heated to such a limit, when a couple of moments more - and smoke will go. So the pork will turn out in an amazing crispy crust, and the inside will be tender and soft. And the juice from the meat will not leak through the crust. After removing the meat, fry the vegetables and pineapple in thin strips in the same oil where the pork was cooked. It is necessary to fry very quickly so that tender vegetables do not burn, stir more often. Remove vegetables, add soy sauce to oil. Mix the pork with the rest of the ingredients and pour over the sauce.

Unfiltered beer is perfect for such Chinese-style pork, but it is better to refuse strong alcohol, including sake. Beer or wine will only accentuate the taste of the product, allow the whole bouquet of taste to unfold and give you just a magical aftertaste. And strong alcohol will only burn the taste buds and ruin the whole impression of the dish. You can also cook rice noodles for Chinese pork, which will perfectly fit into the dish.
