Chinese food is pleasant to eat with family or friends: they are easy to prepare, tasty and fragrant. It doesn't matter if you take a store-bought sauce as a basis or make it yourself - you can always decorate the dish with a variety of bright vegetables, add meat, fish or chicken and serve with rice or noodles.
MANDATORY PRODUCTS
- Soy sauce is a key ingredient. It comes in different shades and intensities of taste. Look for varieties that are low in salt.
Wok peanut butter is most commonly used, but if you are allergic to nuts, substitute any vegetable oil.
- Rice wine and rice vinegar add delicate flavor to sauces, wok dishes and dressings.
- Fried sesame oil has a luxurious nutty flavor. Use as a dressing or sprinkle on hot food for an instant flavor change.
- Oyster sauce makes wok and marinade dishes more interesting. Especially good with beef and chicken.
- The noodles cook quickly and are great for woks. You can also serve it as a side dish, seasoned with sesame oil or soy sauce.
