Curd cookies can be made by involving children in the process, who will be happy to cut out figures using molds. The dough does not stick and is very easy to work with. The cookies are prepared quickly: they put them in the oven and sat down to supper, just in time for tea and the cookies will be ready.

It is necessary

  • - cottage cheese - 1 tbsp.;
  • - sugar - 0.5 tbsp.;
  • - vegetable oil - 0.5 tbsp.;
  • - soda - 1 tsp;
  • - salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - icing sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • - anise - to taste;
  • - flour - 300 g.

Instructions

Step 1

You can take absolutely any fat content with cottage cheese for cookies, but it should not be too dry. Mash the curd in a bowl, add the baking soda and mash again. Add sugar, salt and rub the curd thoroughly again with a spoon or hands.

Now pour in sunflower or corn oil, stir well with a spoon.

Step 2

Gradually add flour in small portions. For making curd cookies, wheat flour is suitable, the most common, general-purpose premium. As a rule, all 300 grams of flour goes into the dough, but if the cottage cheese is dry, then less flour may be needed.

Step 3

The curd dough turns out to be soft, moderately fat, it does not stick either to the hands or to the table. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm and use a cookie cutter to cut out the shapes.

Step 4

Put the prepared figures on a dry, clean baking sheet. You can now sprinkle the freshly ground anise on the cookies. Bake curd cookies at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Remove the finished cookies from the baking sheet, put on a dish, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
