Spicy and rich onion soup will turn out if you try to make it with red and white wines.
It is necessary

- - 350 gr chicken broth
- - 20 grams of dry white wine
- - 20 grams of dry red wine
- - 20 grams of butter
- - 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- - 5 grams of granulated sugar
- - 20 grams of hard cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion and fry it in sunflower oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Add butter and flour to the pan and sauté the onion.
Step 3
Pour in red and white wine, after which we evaporate the mixture for about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Salt, pepper, add cinnamon, cloves and sugar to taste. Mix everything and fill it with chicken broth.
