Step 1
We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
All our vegetables: onions, peppers and zucchini, we cut very, very finely. So they cook faster and lose less of their taste and useful properties.

In a preheated frying pan with olive oil, send the onions to fry for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Then add pepper to the onion, mix well and fry for another 3 minutes.

At the very end, add zucchini there. Fry for another 5 minutes.

While the vegetables are roasting, rub 100 grams of mozzarella cheese.

Now the main point. We collect our lasagna. We take a rectangular or square shape. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom. We put the first layer of pasta sheets (we do not cook the sheets). Each layer should be laid out in different ways horizontally and vertically so that the climbing does not fall apart later.
Step 8
Put tomato sauce on the sheets again, put the fried vegetables and sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Step 9
Then a new layer of sheets and filling again. You can experiment with the sauce and take any other.
Step 10
In the final, everything will be covered with a small layer of cheese, so that the pieces of vegetables are beautifully visible in the finished dish. Sprinkle with fragrant basil leaves.
Step 11
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. Let the finished dish brew for about 10 minutes for the cheese to hold it together.
