Step 1
For this snack, you need to take large peppers so that a chicken egg can fully fit in it.
Step 2
Remove the top of the pepper, seeds and partitions. We wash the pepper itself well.

Finely chop the cheese with garlic or grind it. Add mayonnaise to them, mix.

Tightly fill the pepper with the cheese filling by a third of the volume. Insert a chicken egg into the middle and continue filling it with the filling.

We leave the finished peppers in the refrigerator for 2, 5 hours.

Then cut the peppers into 1 cm thick slices. We put them on a dish.

We wash the parsley greens, let it dry and cut off the leaves. We decorate our appetizer with parsley leaves.
