  • - white cabbage - 1 kg;
  • - onions - 1 pc.;
  • - chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - sunflower oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the top two leaves from the cabbage, chop into narrow strips and transfer to a saucepan. In this case, you do not need to use the stump.

Step 2

Place a saucepan with cabbage on the stove, pour boiling water over the entire contents, bring to a boil and cook for 7 minutes at moderate temperature.

Step 3

When the cabbage is cooked, drain all the liquid from the saucepan or transfer the cabbage to a colander. In this case, it must be squeezed out well. Then move the cabbage to a separate bowl, add the butter and mix well.

Step 4

Hard-boiled chicken eggs. To do this, dip them in a ladle of cold salted water and cook after boiling for 8-10 minutes. Then cool them immediately with running water. After 5 minutes, peel the eggs and cut into small cubes.

Step 5

Place the pan on the stove, pour in some sunflower oil and heat it up. Meanwhile, peel the onions and chop into thin quarter-rings. When the oil is well heated, fold the onion into a skillet and fry until golden brown.

Step 6

After cooling, transfer the onion to a bowl of cabbage, add chopped chicken eggs, black pepper to taste and salt. Mix everything together. Cabbage filling is ready! It can be used immediately for home baked goods.
