  • - 1 small bunch of parsley or dill;
  • - salt and ground black pepper - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Hard-boiled eggs are boiled, peeled and very carefully cut across. Then take out the yolks and grind them with butter.

Step 2

The ham is cut into small pieces and added to the yolks. Mushrooms and half of the greens are chopped, mixed with a mass of ham and yolks, salt and spices are added and mixed thoroughly.
