Chicken eggs are a valuable food product. They contain a large amount of nutrients, vitamins, minerals. Carotene gives the yolk orange color. From chicken eggs, you can cook not only the usual scrambled eggs, but also other original dishes.

- broth - 200 ml;
- gelatin - 10g.
- Roll:
- meat - 400g;
- onions - 1pc;
- eggs - 6 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
With seafood. Boil shrimps in salted water, peel and fry in vegetable oil. Drain the canned crab and chop finely. Place in a skillet. Beat eggs, salt and pepper. Add some milk and top with seafood. Pour the finished dish with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Step 2
Stuffed eggs. Peel the onions and chop finely. Fry until golden brown in butter. Hard-boiled eggs, refrigerate and peel. Slice and remove the yolk. Chop it and mix with the fried onions, mustard and sour cream. Mix the mixture thoroughly and stuff the proteins. Decorate the dish with a sprig of fresh herbs.
Step 3
Omelet with cabbage. Chop the white cabbage and mix with the beaten eggs. Pour the mixture into a preheated skillet with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides.
Step 4
Faberge. Take an egg, carefully make a small hole in the base. Empty the contents. Wash and dry the shell. For convenience, you can put them in an egg tray. Cut the ham into cubes. Drain the liquid from the canned peas. Take sweet peppers of several colors, cut into small pieces. Place prepared food in the shell. Then pour in the broth with the dissolved gelatin. Refrigerate. When the gelatin hardens, peel it. Place on a platter and garnish with fresh vegetables and herbs.
Step 5
Roll. Pass the meat and onions through a meat grinder. Add raw egg and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Apply evenly onto cling film. Boil some eggs. Refrigerate and peel. Put the eggs in the middle of the minced meat layer and wrap in a roll. Bake in a preheated oven up to 180C until tender. Cut the dish into slices and serve. Garnish with fresh herbs.
