It is necessary

  • - 3.5 l of water
  • - 7 tbsp. l. salt
  • - 2 pieces of red pepper
  • - 250 g of vodka
  • - h. l. peppercorns
  • - h. l. allspice peas
  • - half tsp. cumin seeds
  • - 4 pieces of star anise
  • - dill
  • - garlic
  • - 2.5 kg of cucumbers

Instructions

Step 1

Take a large saucepan, pour 3.5 liters of water into it, add salt, mix well and bring the saline solution to a boil.

Step 2

Thoroughly wash the cucumbers and all the greens.

Step 3

At the bottom of an enamel or steel pan intended for pickling, lay out one bunch of pickling.

Step 4

In the same way, pour half of all prepared spices into the salting container. Chop one pod of red pepper on all sides and put on the bottom as well.

Step 5

Cucumbers are laid out one to one on the bottom of the container on seasonings and spices, the layer is shifted with dill and peeled garlic, then the next layer of cucumbers is laid, and so on.

Step 6

The remaining spices are poured onto the last layer of cucumbers and hot peppers are laid out.

Step 7

Separate half of the vodka, pour the prepared cucumbers with it.

Step 8

The cucumbers are covered with a second bunch of pickled leaves, the horseradish leaves should be on top.

Step 9

The rest of the vodka is poured into the brine boiling on the stove, mixed. Cucumbers are poured with brine.

Step 10

A pot with cucumbers drenched in brine should be closed with a lid and left to cool for 5 - 6 hours. After that, put the container in the refrigerator.

Step 11

After a day, lightly salted cucumbers will be ready.
