Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pineapple into slices. Next, we prepare the filling: mix the mascarpone with a small amount of sugar powder, add a little food paint, a little lemon juice, lemon zest and stir everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Place the filling on thin slices of pineapple. Wrap in rolls. Press down a little at the ends to make it look like candy. Now chop the strawberries. Put the rolls on a plate prepared in advance, put chopped strawberries on top of them and pour over the berry sauce.
Step 3
We use mint sprigs for decoration. Sprinkle with icing sugar on top.
