Tiramisu is an Italian coffee-flavored dessert whose name means "lift me up". Considered one of the most popular desserts in Europe and the United States of America, it is served in many restaurants and is generally not exclusive to Italian cuisine. It's actually pretty easy to make tiramisu, and there are a huge number of recipes for making tiramisu. But to feel the real taste, you need to look for recipes of Italian origin.
It is necessary
- a package of Savoiardi cookies, the Russian equivalent of Ladies Fingers cookies
- 500 grams of Mascarpone cheese
- 500 grams of fat-free cottage cheese Ricotta
- 5 chicken eggs
- 6-7 tablespoons of sugar
- bitter cocoa
- 0.5 l of brewed coffee, diluted with brandy or cognac

Step 1
My relatives have been living in Italy for 15 years. Knowing how much I love desserts, they sent me a recipe for Tirami Su, such as is prepared in Italy. Previously, along with the recipe, they had to send in a parcel both mascarpone cheese, ricotta cheese and savoyardi cookies, because this was nothing in our stores. There were some analogues, but it was all wrong. Now you can find everything in stores, and nothing prevents you from making your loved ones happy with a real Italian dessert.
Cooking time - 40 minutes.

Step 2
Cook 0.5 liters. coffee, cool and dilute with brandy or cognac. Place in a deep bowl (salad bowl).
Step 3
Separate eggs: separate yolks and separate whites. Use a large bowl for the egg white and a smaller one for the yolk. Please note that at least a drop of yolk does not get into the protein, otherwise the egg whites will not whisk properly.
Step 4
Beat the whites with 4 tablespoons of sugar until firm. It's about 10 minutes. Beat the yolks in a tall bowl with 3 tablespoons of sugar for about 5 minutes. Then gradually add mascarpone and cottage cheese to the yolks. Stir well this mixture so that it is homogeneous.
Step 5
Then slowly add the whipped protein with a spoon and stir gently until there are no lumps left. The cream is ready. Grease a baking sheet a little with this cream.
Step 6
We take the Savoyardi one at a time and dip it in coffee and quickly pull it out (even less than 1 second in time). Let's drain some coffee. We lay them out one by one near each other in a row and fill the entire bottom in 1 layer. Apply the cream 1 cm high on top, not sparing the cream. Sprinkle bitter cocoa on top through a strainer. Then the second layer also. This will create two layers.
Step 7
Cover the finished dessert with foil or cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or better overnight. The longer it is infused, the tastier.
