Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the cream in a large cup with a mixer on high speed until stiff peaks.
Step 2
Pour the liquor and syrup gently over the whipped cream. To gently move the ingredients, first place the spatula vertically into the whipped cream, then slide the spatula across the bottom of the cup and up the wall, turning the cream over so that it is at the top. Rotate the cup and repeat to mix all the ingredients.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a non-greased dish.
Step 4
Cover and place in the freezer for 4 hours. Then take out, sprinkle with crushed cookies on top (optional). Serve immediately. The remaining mousse can be kept covered in the freezer for up to 1 month.
