Nowadays, even children know that for the whole body to work properly, you need to drink a lot of water, but not everyone knows what kind of water to drink.
Often in big cities, and in villages too, drinking water contains various impurities, which makes it unsuitable for consumption in its raw form. Most people believe that by boiling water, they will receive a liquid that is useful to drink. On the one hand, this is true: boiling kills germs, makes the water softer, and even reduces the amount of chlorine in the water. On the other hand, many viruses (for example, the causative agent of hepatitis A), botulism bacillus and many other things remain in water even after prolonged boiling. In addition, during a long boil, part of the liquid evaporates, turns into steam, and salts of heavy metals, nitrates, pesticides (if any) and so on remain in the water, only in an even greater concentration. In addition, useful components, for example, calcium and magnesium salts, settle on the walls of the dishes and do not enter our body.
Repeated boiling, among other things, deprives the water of its taste, makes it dead and not at all useful.
It is also not recommended to use untreated well or tap water in its raw form, because it may contain various microorganisms, the number of which increases sharply in hot weather, as well as impurities and the notorious salts of heavy metals.
What should you do in this situation?
Nutritionists and nutritionists recommend drinking raw but filtered water. To do this, you can put special filters or purchase a filter - a jug in which the water will settle. You can buy water in special bottles or eggplants, just choose a drinking or dining room. Mineral and medicinal water can be consumed in large quantities only after consulting a doctor.
Boiled water for weight loss
It is believed that water that has been boiled only once and at the same time only for a couple of minutes has a beneficial effect on the body: it improves blood circulation, stimulates mental activity, removes toxins from the body and promotes weight loss. Although, according to doctors and nutritionists, when boiling water molecules stick together and cannot penetrate cell membranes, thereby making it difficult to remove toxins and provoking the appearance of edema.
When calculating the amount of liquid you drink, you do not need to take into account tea, compote and coffee, they are made from dead water, besides, the last drink, when consumed in large quantities, leads to dehydration.
