Buttered pancakes are always good on their own, but they are also good with various fillings. They are used to wrap cottage cheese, minced meat, sweet fillings, mushrooms and rice with an egg. If you have baked a lot of pancakes, but you no longer want to eat them, then you can make minced meat from what comes to hand and wrap it in the remaining pancakes.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to conveniently wrap the minced meat, the size of the pancakes should be at least 20 cm in diameter, and the pancakes themselves should be elastic and free from defects - without large holes and not torn. To prevent ready-made pancakes from drying, they are stacked in even piles during cooking and stored closed - under a deep plate or lid. Minced meat, if it is dry, it is better to dilute with water or broth.
Step 2
Place a spoonful of minced meat close to the edge of the pancake and fold this edge over the minced meat. Now fold the sides of the pancake towards the center, parallel to each other. Roll the resulting rectangle into a sausage and press lightly on both sides. The spring roll is ready.
Step 3
To make such pancakes tastier and keep their shape better, place them in a frying pan and lightly fry on both sides in butter. Depending on which filling is wrapped, they are served with sour cream, jam, syrup or condensed milk.
