Pina Colada is an alcoholic cocktail based on rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice. Usually "Pina Colada" is served with ice, modestly decorated with a pineapple wedge and a drunken cherry. Pina Colada is not only a traditional Caribbean drink, but also the official cocktail in Puerto Rico.
It is necessary
- - 4-6 ice cubes,
- - light rum,
- - dark rum,
- - pineapple juice,
- - Malibu liqueur,
- - drunk cherry, pineapple, banana or strawberry pieces for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Easy Pina Colada: Throw 4-6 crushed ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Then pour in 2 parts white rum, 2 parts Malibu (coconut liqueur) and 3 parts pineapple juice. Close the shaker and continue shaking until foam forms. Prepare a glass that is about half full of ice. Next, pour the resulting mixture into a glass. Slip a pineapple slice over the edge.
Step 2
Amigos Pina Colada: Add 4-6 crushed ice cubes to a blender, then 60 ml white rum, 75 ml pineapple juice, 35 ml Malibu, 15 ml dark rum, 15 ml cream. Whisk the contents in a blender. Then pour the mixture into a tall, chilled glass. Do not stir! Garnish with a pineapple wedge or drunk cherry.
Step 3
Strawberry Colada Cocktail: Pour 4-6 crushed ice cubes into a blender. Then add 3 parts white rum, 1 part Malibu, 4 parts pineapple juice and peeled strawberries (6-10 to taste). Then whisk the whole thing in a blender until a smooth paste is formed. Then pour the mixture into a tall, chilled glass. Finish the cocktail with a pineapple wedge and skewered strawberries.
Step 4
Banana Colada: Put 4-6 crushed ice cubes in a blender. Then add 2 parts white rum, 4 parts pineapple juice, 1 part Malibu there. Then cut the peeled banana into slices and add it to the contents of the blender. Whisk the whole mixture. Then pour into a chilled tall glass. You can decorate with a slice of banana, pineapple or orange on a glass or on a skewer.
